Vinny has been a resident of Montgomery County and The Woodlands since 1980. He moved from The Woodlands to Lake Windcrest in 1999. He has personally garnered 240 college baseball scholarships for high school baseball players from 2000 to 2014.

Jan is a 3rd generation native Houstonian, and moved to the Montgomery County area over 22 years ago. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000, working with, and for, several builders. She runs the buyer division of TeamSinisi, and works exclusively with buyers. Jan joined TeamSinisi Real Estate Group in December of 2014.
Her complete job description is to negotiate the best deal for her clients. She works closely with sellers agents to obtain and relay information about the seller and their motivation. She consistently previews several homes per week in order to stay on top of the market. This increases our buyers leverage in the negotiating process.

Sheryl is a native Houstonian and moved to The Woodlands 12 years ago. She has a background in marketing for non-profit and high-tech companies. She is accountable for marketing TeamSinisi and it’s clients’ properties.
She is also responsible for brand management, social media, print advertising and social events, in order to convey the most exposure for our clients. Since most homebuyers start their search online, Sheryl's focus is to ensure our client's homes are marketed in the best possible light and seen by the most serious buyers.
